Introduction

The ADVANZ® PHARMA AVEP program provides In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) materials for susceptibility testing at no cost. Disks and Strips are manufactured by Liofilchem® s.r.l. (http://www.liofilchem.net) and automated testing plates by Thermo Fisher Scientific (https://www.thermofisher.com)

The purpose of the program is to provide institutions with the opportunity to understand the susceptibility profile for the pathogens in their institution and to provide ADVANZ® PHARMA with additional information on local susceptibility profiles.


Enrollment

Please read the following enrollment information carefully.


If you are interested in collaborating with ADVANZ® PHARMA in the antimicrobial susceptibility testing, under which you will receive from IHMA, Inc. a limited supply of testing materials, please complete the form below. Upon registration request, IHMA, Inc. will complete your enrollment within 48 hours.
